espadrilles cómodas!
It’s a Saturday. I had important errands to run, one of which was getting a belated birthday gift for a friend.
That was last on my agenda. I headed to the Americana, browsed around H & M, got a gift card for said friend and
the day was done. Except that whenever I go to the Americana, I must stop at Anthropologie. And when I stop
at Anthropologie, I almost never walk out the door without anything. So instead of going home with the
fulfilling feeling that I’ve accomplished my tasks, I also went home with a pair of these:
I had fancied these when they first came out in-store and thought how great they would be for the summer.
But at the time, I wasn’t willing to spend that much on a pair of espadrilles sneakers ($98).
The good thing is that they were on sale ($49). The better thing is that they’re made in Spain, and not China.
They look way better in person, and even better on my feet!
